Yesterday, I received this email:

And that was pretty cool. The image that was featured was one I took on Summit Ave E in Capitol Hill, Seattle (a place recorded in a previous blog post). Yet the bulk of my excitement came from scrolling down the curated grid and seeing this:


Yes, my image was next to one of Kevin Russ'!

After seeing his images all over the internet and watching Max Monty's video about the photographer, Kevin was the iPhoneographer that convinced me that iPhoneography can be both relevant and valuable.

To say the least, it was an honor to see my image next to his.
