For Christmas, I received the Fuji Instax Mini 90 Neo Classic camera. Though the name is quite a mouthful, the images it produces are small and spontaneous. Fuji Instax photography is an instant photography which is truly instant. It does not require the user to slow down, consider the exposure settings, adjust the focus wheel, or frame the shot for each and every expensive piece of film. This type of fast snapshot, that must include some sort of Photoshop in its chemical formula because it makes everybody's skin look good, reflects the speed of my life right now. It only takes me five seconds to record a memory.

So here is a combined 20 seconds of my winter break:

 R. Straight-up flash.

 Col on Christmas. Flash.

 K at Elliot Bay Books. I used no flash, on Light in an indoors minimal light setting.

Nay at Franklin Falls. No flash, no exposure, no mode. Late afternoon with clouds.
